Will Colson (Chris Pine) not very happy from his married life works as a Railway conductor in the southern Pennsylvania town of Stanton who gets the chance to work with Frank Barnes (Denzel Washington), a veteran railroad engineer. On the same day Dewey (Ethan Suplee), an engineer sets the train’s throttle at 100% in order to enable the train's dynamic brakes. As it approaches a switch, Dewey sees that it is not set to the right track. Against the advice of his colleague, he jumps down from the slow-moving train to line the switch properly. While he does, levers fall in the cab of their own accord. Dewey made his unsuccessful attempts to reboard the train since TRAIN NO 777 has left for the sunset destination Unmanned. Connie Hooper (Rosario Dawson), a train yardmaster along will the support of Will Colson and Frank Barne must do something to save one tenth of a million lives .Will Train no 777 slows down or run like a death Unstoppable?

Thumps Up Thumps Down (TUTD™) Analysis

1) AcT SenSE™

Well one would be surprised to know that the Lead characters of the movie are one Train; background score and a helicopter. Yes the involvement of the Train No 777 and FOX News Helicopter is so commendable that except the Denzel Washington they are hard to ignore in terms of contribution to the movie. Chris Pine and Rosario were made their presence felt positively but not effectively.

2) BeaT SenSE™

The Harry Gregson-Williams has done a commendable job to provide the music score for the movie. The unstoppable cannot be racy and thrilled without his Music score.

3) CineGraph™
The cinematography by Ben Seresin is outstanding and worth mentioning

4) Director's Eye™

Tony Scott has chosen race with emotions and succeeded too thou the emotional quotient in the movie is weak and unimpressive. His narrative style which keeps your toes up throughout the movie is what made unstoppable a worth watch thou the Screen Script™ is predictive and weak.

5) Golden Moments

There a few scenes worth mentioning like

a) Changing tracks while passing off another train carrying school kids. And almost in another same scene with a coach carrying Will Colson and Frank Barnes

b) Unloading of Metal Pillars over the bridge

c) Joining of Additional coach with the Train No 777 to slower down the speed.

d) Over the train nail biting stunts of Will Colson and Frank Barnes to slowing down the train.

In Last

100 minutes Journey on Train No#777 with loads of action and thrill is an Unstoppable experience…
